Exchanges

 

I cannot accept exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons (this does not affect your statutory rights)

I accept exchanges on other items, but buyer must pay for exchanges postage costs.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Earrings

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and unworn.

The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
